I had a great deal of confidence while working with Jim Young from Paramount Construction on the building of our new events venue, Elements of Water Street. Occupying the entire 2nd floor of Hotel Indigo Naperville Riverwalk, Elements ballroom was a construction focal point with 250 seating availability. Our project included a large pre-reception lounge, custom meeting space for100 guests, and a state of the art commercial kitchen to accommodate the dining needs of all events. This project was extremely complex due to the multi uses of our 5-story building but Jim and his team worked tirelessly to ensure the project came in on time and on budget. Jim’s attention to detail and delegation to hold other contractors accountable was extraordinary. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product and we get rave reviews every day.
