Moka Coffee

Ground up construction of a new 675 sf retail building in North Aurora, IL. Site improvements included soil remediation from a former gas station, all new site utilities and a parking lot to accommodate a new drive thru coffee shop. Wood framed building construction included a full commercial kitchen with installation of all specialty equipment for a retail coffee shop.
